SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Standard delivery is an additional 2-12 business days, depending on the destination country. These delivery times may extend during peak seasons.
If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days, please promptly contact us at info@apostlescentury.com and we will help to resolve this immediately.
TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking numbers to update.
CUSTOMER RESPONSABILITY
Ensuring the correct address and tracking the package are the customer’s responsibility.
Please note that we cannot alter the shipping address after order validation.
Orders sent to an incorrect address will not be refunded, and replacements will not be sent.
Apostles of the Century is not liable for any stolen packages.
DELIVERY TIMES
We cannot guarantee the delivery times since they are subject to unforeseen circumstances such as typos in the shipping address, adverse weather, post office backlogs, etc. Customs, duty requirements, or postal service issues are beyond our control and may impact shipping.
FREE SHIPPING OFFERS
We offer free shipping within France.
Free shipping is available for orders over €120 to French overseas territories and for orders over $99 to Canada and the US.
CUSTOMS
Our products are produced and shipped from France, and orders may be subject to customs taxes for international delivery. According to US law, orders under $200 are exempt from fees. If taxes, tariffs, or handling costs apply, it's your responsibility to pay before receiving the goods. We aren't liable for import/duty costs.
If you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to Apostles of the Century at your expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the amount to be refunded.
FAILED DELIVERY/ RETURNED TO SENDER/ ABANDONED PACKAGES
Packages unable to be delivered due to incorrect details (shipping address and/or phone number ) will be returned at the customer’s expense. If not picked up after multiple attempts, the package will be returned at the customer’s expense. Abandoned packages forfeit exchange or refund rights.
DAMAGED/OPENED BOX
If your package arrives damaged or opened, photograph the damage before checking its contents. File a claim with the courier and contact us at info@apostlescentury.com
